This Care4ever is valid for two years from the date of purchase. At Woodpecker, we know caring for a furniture ensures its pristine condition and long life, for us furniture is alive!
In case your woodpecker furniture requires Re-upholstery, re-foaming replacement of hardware/parts, mechanism, transportation, packing and handling, actual charges will be levied!
Try & Buy:
At Woodpecker, we have always worked towards offering our customers and experience that’s memorable and special. Try’n’ Buy is an exclusive offering for our customers. We know you would choose your furniture based on the space, ambience, and comfort. But sometimes when you place in the desired space, it might not give you the experience that you expected. Then, you have one week time to return the furniture if it doesn’t suit you. Just ensure there is no physical damage to the product while it is at your home. And Woodpecker will bear the transportation expenses.

- Products to be returned within one week of the delivery being made.
- The product must not be damaged, soiled broken or tampered in any manner since it’s delivery
- The material used for packing/assembling of the furniture should be kept intact till the time of return.
- Woodpecker shall have the right to retain or retract any special discount/offers applied on the product during purchase.
